The Foundational Strategy (2-Hour Engagement)
This package is designed for clients who need clarity and direction. We provide the strategic assessment to help you define what "quality of life" means to you and how to structure your support system to protect those priorities.
In this session, we will:
Assess Your Values: Define your specific goals for care, for everyday life and in the event of an emergency.
Strategic Proxy Alignment: Identify and empower the ideal advocate to champion your care goals, ensuring they have the protocol required to navigate the system with confidence.
Determine Your Roadmap: Identify exactly which legal and medical documents are required to make your plans binding and effective.
Professional Fees: This flat-fee project involves 2 hours of professional work and the full package payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments by check and credit card are accepted.
Patient advocacy services are not included in any Advance Care Planning Guidance Package and will be charged separately. These patient advocacy services will be included in a separate service agreement provided by Beacon Patient Solutions LLC and signed by both the client and Beacon Patient Solutions LLC staff. Beacon Patient Solutions LLC does not provide financial or legal advisory services.

This is our complete architectural package. It builds upon our Foundational Strategy by adding the tactical steps needed to fully operationalize your plan. We move from "having a plan" to "having a functional system."
This package includes everything in the Foundational Strategy, plus:
Drafting the Protocol: Creating a roadmap for the specific conversations you need to have with your healthcare providers and support network.
Support System Alignment: Coaching you on how to communicate your care interests to your designated representatives so they are prepared to act with confidence.
Maintenance Strategy: Establishing a review schedule so your plan evolves as your health and life circumstances change.
Storage & Access: Defining your system for storing documents so they are available exactly when needed.
To maintain the highest level of strategic integrity, please note the following:
Legal Integrity: Beacon Patient Solutions LLC provides the strategic advocacy framework and planning protocols. Please note that all formal legal documents, such as Living Wills / Personal Directives, must be drafted by qualified legal counsel. We will guide you on what to request from your attorney, but we cannot draft legal instruments.
Consultation-Only Nature: Advance Care Planning packages are focused exclusively on your planning strategy and advocacy infrastructure. Should you require ongoing medical advocacy (such as research, care coordination, or appointment navigation), these are treated as separate advocacy engagements. We will always discuss a clear service agreement for any work outside the scope of your initial planning package.
