First year membership in The Solo Agers Advocacy Initiative includes compilation of your Solo Aging Plan and a one year membership to DocuBank. When you renew your Solo Agers Advocacy Initiative Membership, your Docubank renewal will be included.
If you choose not to renew your Solo Agers Advocacy Initiative Membership, you will be responsible for the maintenance/renewal costs of your DocuBank Membership going forward. Please visit the DocuBank website for pricing.

The DocuBank emergency card gives instant access to the information doctors need in a medical emergency. Your card can list medical conditions, critical allergies, and your primary emergency contact.
Your Basic DocuBank SAFE
SAFE offers you the option of storing and sharing additional documents online.
Unlimited Updates and Document replacements
Active members can update essential information and documents at no additional charge at any time. Call in to a live customer support person or go online to update your information.
The DocuBank Emergency Card & Access to Your Health Care Directives:
When you store your healthcare directives (living will, health care power of attorney) with DocuBank, you receive a personalized DocuBank Emergency Card that makes all of your emergency information and critical healthcare documents available in two convenient ways:
By Phone: By calling 1-800-DOCUBANK, hospitals have your information immediately faxed to them.
By Computer: By clicking the Hospital Button or going to www.getdirectives.com, hospital staff can view and print documents immediately.
With Your DocuBank Emergency Card medical providers, facilities, and your authorized contacts have immediate access to your health care directives and emergency medical information (e.g., medical conditions, emergency contact, medical provider contacts, allergies) they need to provide the best care possible.
Carry the DocuBank Card in your wallet and make sure members of your support team know about the DocuBank Card so they can direct providers to use it in the event you are unable to communicate.
DocuBank SAFE
This feature lets you store important papers and easily access them via the internet like your estate planning documents (i.e., will, trust, power of attorney), financial documents, insurance policies, deeds / real estate documents, and personal documents.
You can also authorize access to specific individuals to access certain documents in your DocuBank SAFE. So, if something does happen to you, they can easily find the documents you’ve given them access to. Please note: If you only store your health care directives in your DocuBank SAFE, they won’t be available to health care staff who use your wallet card.
