The Solo Agers Discussion Group Begins March 23!

Hi -

As follow up to the Solo Aging talk I offered through your organization, I am thrilled to announce the creation of the Solo Agers Discussion Group, a brand new component of the Solo Agers Advocacy Initiative.

During each of the 6 online sessions in the series, we’ll explore a different topic that helps Solo Agers share experiences, tips, and resources. This facilitated small group format is a wonderful opportunity to learn from and with each other.

We’ll explore topics such as:

• What surprises you about aging solo?

• How do you create a happy and satisfying life as you age?

• What’s important to include in a Dynamic Life Plan?

• Building a strong and reliable support system

• Tips and Tools for maintaining good health

• How to decide where to live as you age

This is a great opportunity for attendees of my Solo Aging talk to continue the conversation with other Solo Agers - something many asked for during the Q&A period.
